Wendell has been a senior commercial partner at Minter Ellison Rudd Watts and has been a commercial barrister since
January 2001.

He specialises in drafting legal documentation and has considerable experience in many fields of public and
commercial law.

His experience has included developing policy proposals for, and drafting, legislation. He has assisted the Crown with negotiating and drafting deeds and legislation settling Treaty claims. He has also drafted and advised on the drafting of a wide range of contractual and trust documents.
